The Glass Sagas - Castle Concept

This image was created using VUE 2014 Complete and comprises of 712 thousand polygons @ 32 hour 52 minutes render time.

Very simple to put together. The castle is an item purchased from Renderosity that can be imported into vue directly as an OBJ. Most of the time was spent fine tuning the clouds to give a miserable atmosphere.

The scene was rendered alongside a depth map so that I could use Photoshop to provide a subtle lens blur effect. Photoshop was also used for typical colour balancing and vibrancy toning.
